Since its set-up, the Institute collects all kinds of technical literature from all countries. All this material is classified in a library, unique in its kind, from which complete information can be obtained.
The data-bank (IIS-Data) refers to the most important industry sectors: infrastructures, chemical, petrochemical and energy production plants, railway components and structures, shipyards, automotive and aerospace industries, off-shore, pipelines, sealines and fluid distribution networks, electronic components, etc
