IIS SERVICE has developed in-house NDT ultrasonic procedures to detect and evaluate typical damage and defects due to damage mechanisms which affect components operating in refinery and petrochemical plants.

NDT ultrasonic procedures have been developed for the following damage:

• HTHA - High Temperature Hydrogen Attack
• SCC - Stress Corrosion Cracking
• SOHIC - Stress Oriented Hydrogen Induced Cracking
• HIC - Hydrogen Induced Cracking
